If you have lost someone, no matter of their age, I will work with you in person, please do not hesitate to contact me via email or by phone to get everything in place.
If you already have some prints then there is no rush to order. However if you require prints to be taken I will need to send out a DIY Kit as quickly as possible straight to the funeral directors, or to yourself if you would rather. I am happy to liaise with the funeral directors with your permission to obtain your loved ones prints.
Once the prints are sent back to me I will check the quality and I will let you know that I have them. The prints can be used several times and the original prints will be sent back to you with your finished jewellery for you to keep safe.

On placing your order the DIY fingerprint kit will be sent out without delay and is included in the price of this item. However if you are not yet ready to place an order but wish to have your loved ones prints taken for later use you can choose to purchase the memorial kit separately and we can use them when you are ready.
